Sales at our Bargain Box Thrift Store have been very strong this fiscal year. Along with the funds raised by our walkathon, we are able to significantly increase funding for our philanthropic programs.

• Budget for our Operation School Bell and Chapters for Children programs increased from $67,000 to $102,000.

• Additional $15,500 in grants to middle school teachers for a total of $45,000.

• Scholarship funding for high school senior recipients increased 150%.

• Funding for I.N.S.P.I.R.E. recipients increased 300%.

For two consecutive years, the Bargain Box Thrift Store received the silver award for the best thrift store in San Clemente. The Best of San Clemente is published by the San Clemente Times.
